Ingredients
- a handful watercress
- ½ a handful arugula
- 200 g MinusL cream cheese (pure)
- 4 bagels
- 120 g smoked salmon slices
Instructions

Wash the watercress and arugula, then shake dry. Finely chop the arugula and mix into the cream cheese.

Halve the bagels horizontally and spread the mixture on each half. Top with smoked salmon and watercress, then replace the bagel halves. Cut in the middle again if desired.
