- 1 clove garlic
- 4 salmon steaks (180 g each)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 30 g Butter
- 300 g mixed salad (oak leaf, radicchio, arugula, chicory, beet greens)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 40 ml vegetable broth
- 4 dill sprigs (for garnish)

Peel the garlic and crush it. Wash the salmon steaks, pat dry, and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Heat the oil in a pan and sear the steaks on both sides until golden brown. Reduce heat, add the washed shrimp and crushed garlic, and finish cooking the fish together with the shrimp. Finally melt some butter in the pan and turn the fish and shrimp in it.

Meanwhile, rinse the salad, wash, trim, and spin dry. Trim as needed. For the dressing whisk the oil with vinegar and broth, season with salt and pepper. Arrange the salad on plates, drizzle with dressing, and place a salmon steak topped with two shrimp on each plate. Serve garnished with dill sprigs.
