Ingredients

  • 600 g salmon fillet with skin (2 salmon fillets)
  • 0.5 Salad Cucumber
  • 2 lemons (unprocessed)
  • 2 handfuls watercress
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • Salt
  • freshly ground pepper

Instructions

    Wash the lemons, grate zest from one lemon and squeeze out the juice. Cut the other lemon in half and set aside for garnish.

    Drizzle the salmon fillets with half of the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper, let sit briefly. Wash the watercress and shake dry.

    Wash the cucumber and shave thin slices lengthwise, arrange slices side by side on a plate, lightly salt and pepper. Mix oil with mustard and remaining lemon juice, drizzle over the cucumber.

    Grill the fish skinless side for 1 minute, then skin side for 4 minutes, place on cucumber bed. Add watercress and sprinkle with lemon zest, serve with lemon half.
