Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (about 160 g each)
- 4 small zucchinis
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 30 g clarified butter
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 200 g basmati rice

Wash the salmon fillets and pat them dry with paper towels. Wash, peel, and slice the zucchini lengthwise into rounds. Steam in a pot steamer basket for about 6 minutes.

Meanwhile season the salmon with salt and pepper. Heat clarified butter in a skillet and sear the salmon over medium heat, 5–6 minutes per side. Deglaze with soy sauce and swirl the salmon in it.

Arrange the zucchini on plates and place the salmon on top. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with basmati rice.
