Ingredients

  • 200 g leaf lettuce
  • 200 g beans
  • Salt
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 can tuna (canned, natural)
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • lemons
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

    Wash the beans, trim ends, halve them crosswise and cook in plenty of salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water and let drain well.

    Wash the tomatoes, pat dry and quarter them. Wash the lettuce, spin dry and tear into bite‑sized pieces. Peel the eggs and cut them into quarters as well.
