Ingredients
- 250 g mixed salad (e.g., arugula, red head lettuce, Batavia lettuce, Lollo Rosso, etc.)
- 150 g yellow grapes
- 150 g blue grapes
- 400 g assorted cheeses (e.g., Parmesan, Gorgonzola, Camembert, Mimolette)
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 3 tbsp shelled sunflower seeds

Wash, rinse, dry, and trim the salad leaves. Wash the grapes and halve them; deseed if desired.

Cut or shave the cheese into bite‑sized pieces. Whisk vinegar with oil and season with salt and pepper to make a vinaigrette.
