Ingredients

  • 150 g mixed salad (e.g., radicchio, batavia, arugula)
  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 Papaya
  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 tsp sharp mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp Walnut oil
  • Salt
  • black pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Wash and trim the salad leaves, tearing into bite‑sized pieces if needed. Peel and halve the avocados and papaya, remove seeds, and cut both into strips. Wash and thinly slice the celery. Peel and finely chop the shallot; mix with mustard, honey, vinegar, lemon juice, and walnut oil to make a dressing. Season with salt and pepper.
