Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 Red Onion
- 3 tbsp black olives
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 200 g feta
- 3 tbsp wine vinegar
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch sugar
- Salt
- Pepper (from the grinder)
- 3 tbsp basil (chopped)

Peel the cucumber, cut it lengthwise in half, remove the seeds and slice into halves. Peel the onion and cut into thin rings. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stem ends and cut into wedges or pieces. Pit the olives and halve them.

Peel the garlic and finely mince it. Cube the feta. Combine olive oil with vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper; mix all remaining ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange in salad bowls and serve.
