Ingredients
- 1 smoked duck breast fillet
- 200 g chanterelles
- 1 EL Butter
- 1 bowl lamb's lettuce
- 1 shallot (finely diced)
- Salt
- Pepper
- white balsamic vinegar

Wash the lamb's lettuce thoroughly and arrange it on plates. Top with sliced smoked duck breast, cut into very thin slices.

Clean the chanterelles by removing stems and sauté them in butter with the diced shallots until golden. Deglaze with white balsamic vinegar, season with salt and pepper, then distribute over the salad with duck breast. Serve immediately.
