Ingredients

  • 1 Vanilla bean
  • 250 ml Whipping Cream
  • 1 tsp espresso powder (soluble)
  • 200 g milk chocolate
  • 3 Cloves
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 230 g sugar
  • 600 ml brandy

Instructions

    Cut the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Combine the seeds with the whipping cream, espresso powder, and chopped chocolate in a pot.

    Add the cloves and cinnamon stick, warm while stirring until the chocolate has melted, then remove from heat.

    Whisk the egg yolks with sugar until fluffy. Stir in the spiced cream mixture and add brandy.

    Pour the liquid into bottles, refrigerate for 2 days to infuse, then strain through a sieve, refill decorative bottles, and wrap as a gift.
