Ingredients
- 1 kg raspberries
- 1 l alcohol (90% pharmacy grade)
- 2 l water
- 500 g sugar

Fill bottles with raspberries and alcohol, seal tightly for 4 to 8 weeks, then pour out the alcohol and boil the berries with water.

Drain the berries, reduce the juice with sugar until about one-third thickened, add the alcohol back in, fill bottles, and store well sealed.
