Ingredients

  • 3 handfuls edible organic rose petals (yellow)
  • 0.5 l double grain alcohol (38 vol %)
  • 500 g sugar

Instructions

    Add the rose petals to a prepared bottle and fill with the grain alcohol. Seal the bottle and store in a cool, dark place for about 2 weeks.

    Cook a syrup from 500 ml water and sugar, then let it cool.

    Filter the floral infusion through a cloth and mix with the syrup, pouring into bottles or carafes.

    Let rest another ~2 weeks before serving.
