Ingredients
- 300 g black currants
- 1 tsp anise seeds
- 150 g sugar
- 0.7 l grain spirit

Wash, clean, and remove stems from the currants; mash them with a fork.

Place the mashed currants with anise seeds and sugar in a wide-mouthed vessel, then add the grain spirit.

Seal the vessel and let it steep for 3 weeks in a dark, cool place, stirring occasionally. Strain the finished liqueur through a fine sieve and filter. Fill decorative bottles with the liqueur.
