Rosemary tea: aromatic tea enjoyment – ideal as a digestif. The rosemary tea is soothing after a hearty meal, for low blood pressure and fatigue.
Ingredients
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 packet green tea
- 0.5 Orange
Instructions

Rinse the rosemary sprig, shake dry and place it in a cup.

Prepare tea from the packet with 200 ml water according to package instructions, then cover and steep together with the rosemary for about 5 minutes.

Squeeze the orange. Remove the tea bag and stir the orange juice into the rosemary tea.
