Ingredients
- 1 fresh red chili pepper
- 1 small red onion
- 400 g Tomatoes
- 1 bunch herbs (basil, parsley, dill)
- 3 tbsp yogurt
- Salt
- 1 tsp Honey
- 125 ml sparkling water
- chili flakes
- onion cubes
- 1 tbsp yogurt (per glass)
- dill sprig (for garnish)
Instructions

Wash the chili, halve it, remove seeds and white membranes, then finely chop. Peel and cube the onion. Wash the tomatoes, blanch them, peel, and quarter. Wash the herbs, shake dry, and finely chop.

Add all ingredients except the sparkling water to a blender and puree until smooth. Taste and season, add sparkling water, blend briefly again, and pour into tall glasses. Arrange with yogurt, chili, onion cubes, and dill garnish.
