Ingredients

  • 400 g raw cane sugar
  • 500 ml rum (or non-alcoholic rum)
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 50 g freshly ground coffee

    Boil raw cane sugar with 400 ml water for about 15 minutes and let it cool. Add rum, orange zest, and coffee to a container, seal tightly, and let steep for about 1 week.

    Filter the mixture and pour into bottles.
