Ingredients

  • 450 g good honey
  • 1 tsp untreated lemon zest
  • 500 ml Korn brandy

Instructions

    Warm the honey gently in a pot with 50 ml water. Add the lemon zest and brandy until the honey is fully dissolved. Do not let the mixture boil.

    Transfer to a bottle and let it steep in the refrigerator for 3 weeks. Then strain through filter paper and store in a tightly sealed bottle kept cool.
