Ingredients

  • 6 Regensburger sausages
  • 150 ml lukewarm meat broth
  • 1 tsp sharp mustard
  • 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 3 tbsp germ oil
  • 1 onion
  • 4 pickled cucumbers
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives

Instructions

    Peel the Regensburger sausages, slice thinly and place in a bowl. For the dressing combine broth, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, whisk in the oil and pour over the sausage slices. Let marinate for at least 2 hours.

    Before serving peel the onion and cut into rings. Slice the pickles and mix them with the onions into the salad. Taste again and sprinkle chopped chives before serving.
