Ingredients
- 1 small red cabbage
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Sea salt
- 1 apple
- 1 tsp Honey
- Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp watercress
- 50 g walnut kernels

Quarter the red cabbage, remove outer leaves and cut out the core. Slice or shred the cabbage into fine strips. Briefly sauté in hot oil, deglaze with a splash of water, lightly salt, cover and steam gently for about 5 minutes.

Wash the apple, quarter it, remove the core, and slice the flesh into wedges. Finally mix the apple pieces into the cabbage and season with honey and lemon juice. Fold in the herbs and roughly chopped walnuts; serve the salad warm or cold.
