Ingredients

  • 12 slices cold roasted meat, thinly sliced (butcher's choice)
  • 250 g arugula
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp white balsamic vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Squeeze the lemon and mix with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Wash the arugula, remove tough stems, and lightly marinate in the dressing.

    Arrange the meat slices side by side on a board, divide the marinated arugula into 12 bundles, and place each bundle on a slice of meat.

    Roll the meat around the arugula, seam side down, arrange three rolls per plate, and serve.
