- 2 red onions
- 4 oranges
- 150 g brie cheese
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp walnut oil
- pickled green peppercorns
- several walnut halves for garnish

Peel the onions and cut them into rings. Peel the oranges like an apple and slice them. Cut the Brie cheese into small triangles. Arrange the oranges, onions, and cheese on plates.
