  • 100 g raspberries
  • 100 g Blackberries
  • 100 g red currants
  • 150 ml cold whipping cream
  • 1 vanilla bean (aroma)
  • 20 g powdered sugar
  • 16 small puff pastry parcels
  • poppy seeds (for decoration)
  • fresh mint leaves (for decoration)

Instructions

    Wash the berries, pat dry with paper towels and set aside. Whip the cream together with the vanilla bean and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Using a piping bag fitted with a round tip, fill each puff pastry parcel with the whipped cream mixture. Distribute the berries over the filling. Decorate with poppy seeds and mint leaves. Serve immediately.
