Ingredients

  • 4 trout (about 300 g each)
  • 4 EL Olive oil
  • 2 EL lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1 bundle thyme (about 20 g)

Instructions

    Wash the trout and pat dry. Mix 4 EL oil with the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Brush the outside and inside of each trout with the oil mixture and fill the cavity with thyme sprigs. Wrap each fish in aluminum foil and grill on a preheated grill for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally.
