Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp rooibos tea
  • 3 rosemary sprigs
  • 2 oranges
  • raw sugar
  • 4 small rosemary sprigs

Instructions

    Bring 1 l water to a boil and steep the rooibos tea and rosemary sprigs in it.

    Let steep for 10 minutes, strain through a sieve and set aside to cool. Halve the oranges, squeeze out the juice and add it to the tea. Sweeten the iced tea with brown sugar to taste, chill well, garnish with rosemary, and serve.
