Grilled Corn with Spicy Herb Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 red chili pepper
  • 1 tsp grated lime zest
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
  • 6 tbsp softened butter
  • Salt
  • 1200 g corn cobs (4 corn cobs)

Instructions

    Clean the corn cobs and place them in boiling salted water with 2 tbsp butter. Parboil for 15 minutes over low heat, then remove and drain.

    Wash the chili pepper, slit it lengthwise, deseed and finely chop. Mix the chili, lime zest, lime juice, cilantro with the remaining butter and a pinch of salt; coat the corn cobs with this mixture and grill on a hot grill for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
