Rice Paper Wraps

Ingredients

  • 100 g carrots (1 carrot)
  • 100 g red bell pepper (0.5 red bell pepper)
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 50 g mini cucumbers (0.5 mini salad cucumbers)
  • 4 rice paper sheets
  • 4 stems Thai basil
  • 2 tsp sweet chili sauce

Instructions

    Wash, peel, and cut the carrots into thin sticks lengthwise.

    Halve the remaining half of the bell pepper, remove seeds, wash, and slice into fine strips.

    Trim, wash, dry, and quarter the spring onion lengthwise.

  4. 4.

    Rinse the remaining cucumber, pat dry, and slice into narrow strips lengthwise.

    Dip each rice paper sheet individually in warm water to soften. Drain and place on a cutting board.

  6. 6.

    Wash, dry, and tear the basil leaves. Distribute the vegetables and basil onto the four softened rice paper sheets and roll them up. Serve with sweet chili sauce.
