Rice flakes porridge with avocado is not only gluten-free but also especially rich in valuable fatty acids ideal for brain development.

Ingredients

  • 25 g rice flakes (2 heaping tbsp)
  • 60 g ripe avocado
  • 1 tbsp apple juice

Instructions

    Stir rice flakes with 150 ml water in a small pot and bring to a quick boil while stirring constantly. Let it simmer for 1–2 minutes, then remove from heat.

    Meanwhile halve the avocado and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh, weigh 60 g and dice into small cubes. (Reserve the remainder, drizzle with lemon juice, and use elsewhere.)

    Stir the avocado cubes and apple juice into the rice porridge and blend everything with a stick blender, adding a little water if needed. Check the temperature and feed.
