Oatmeal with Banana and Yogurt

A creamy oat porridge topped with ripe banana and yogurt provides a rich source of calcium, magnesium, and potassium.

Ingredients

  • 100 ml milk (3.5 % fat)
  • 20 g delicate rolled oats (2 tbsp)
  • 50 g ripe bananas (0.5 small bananas)
  • 0.5 Orange
  • 3 tbsp yogurt (3.5 % fat)

Instructions

    Add milk and oats to a saucepan. Simmer over low heat while stirring for about 2 minutes until a smooth porridge forms. Remove from heat.

    Peel the banana and mash it finely in a deep dish with a fork.

  3. 3.

    Squeeze the orange, reserve 2 tbsp of juice, and mix into the mashed banana.

  4. 4.

    Stir yogurt into the oat porridge and spoon the banana mixture on top.
