Apple Sea Buckthorn Porridge with Millet

A nourishing porridge that boosts immunity—millet provides ample iron, while sea buckthorn delivers vitamin C.

Ingredients

  • 200 ml Milk (3.5% fat)
  • 20 g millet flakes (2 Tbsp)
  • 50 g small apples
  • 1 tsp sea buckthorn juice (unsweetened)

Instructions

    Warm the milk in a small pot, stir in the millet flakes and bring to a boil once. Keep stirring constantly for 1–2 minutes.

    Wash, peel, core, and dice the apple into small cubes.

    Add the apple pieces to the porridge, remove from heat, and stir in the sea buckthorn juice. Optionally blend with an immersion blender until smooth and thin it with a little water if too thick.
