Ingredients

  • 750 ml milk (1.5% fat)
  • 30 g raw cane sugar
  • 1 tsp organic lemon zest
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 250 g milk rice
  • 400 g plums
  • 50 g Raisins
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon-sugar mix (15 g)

Instructions

    Bring the milk with sugar, lemon zest, and salt to a boil in a pot. Add the rice and stir until it boils again. Cover and cook over medium heat for about 20–25 minutes, stirring occasionally; add more water if needed.

    Meanwhile wash, halve, and pit the plums.

    Pour the rice mixture into a baking dish. Sprinkle raisins on top and arrange the plum halves over them. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C fan‑forced; gas: level 3) for about 10–15 minutes. Dust with cinnamon-sugar mix and serve immediately.
