Ingredients

  • 800 g plums
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 40 ml plum brandy
  • 150 ml apple juice
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 1 vanilla pod

Instructions

    Wash the plums, pit them and cut into wedges. Lightly caramelize the sugar and deglaze with the brandy.

    Add the apple and lemon juices and bring to a boil. Split the vanilla pod and add it together with the plums to the liquid. Remove from heat and let cool.
