Ingredients

  • 400 g rhubarb
  • 100 ml water
  • 40 g sugar
  • 400 g soy yogurt
  • 1 tbsp grenadine
  • 3 tbsp rose water (organic)
  • Lemon juice
  • red decorative sugar

Instructions

    Wash the rhubarb, peel off the thin outer skin and cut the stalks into small pieces.

    Boil the sugar with 100 ml water and add the rhubarb. Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes, then let cool. Blend in a mixer with the yogurt, grenadine syrup and rose water, then chill for about 1 hour.
