Banana Citrus Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 Bananas
- 1 lemon
- 2 oranges (1 organic)
- 2 pink grapefruits
- 150 g Yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 2 tbsp liquid honey

Peel the bananas and cut them into large pieces. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze its juice. Place the juice together with the banana pieces in a freezer bag and freeze until needed.

Wash the organic orange hot, grate half of its zest finely. Halve an orange and a grapefruit and squeeze their juices. Peel the second orange and grapefruit with a knife so that the white pith is removed as well. Separate the segments from the membranes and squeeze out any remaining juice from the membranes.

Add frozen bananas, orange and grapefruit segments and juices, yogurt, honey, and grated orange zest to the blender. Pulse first, then blend finely. Divide into four glasses and serve with thick straws.
