- 1 apple (Granny Smith)
- 1 cucumber
- 50 g parsley
- 8 ice cubes
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- mineral water to top up (as desired still or sparkling)

Wash the apple and cucumber. Quarter the apple, remove the core, and cut into wedges. Trim the ends of the cucumber and slice it. Rinse the parsley, shake dry, pluck leaves, then blend with the apple, cucumber, ice cubes, and lemon juice until smooth.
