Ingredients
- 2 pears
- 3 clementines
- 30 g ginger
- 150 g Field salad
- 2 carrot tops (ca. 70 g)
- 2 dandelion flowers (ca. 70 g)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 250 ml clear apple juice
Instructions

Wash the pears and remove the core. Peel the clementines. Peel and grate the ginger. Thoroughly wash and dry the field salad and carrot tops, then spin them dry. Rinse the dandelion flowers and shake them dry. Combine all ingredients with lemon juice and apple juice in a blender and blend finely. Add 500-600 ml water while blending until the desired consistency is reached. Serve as desired in bottles or glasses.
