Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe mango
  • 1 small Grapefruit
  • 1 Lime
  • 20 g fresh ginger (1 piece)
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • cold mineral water (still to top up)
  • mint (for garnish)

Instructions

    Peel the mango, cut the flesh from the pit, dice it, place in a shallow bowl and chill for about 30 minutes.

    Halve the grapefruit and lime and squeeze out the juice.

  3. 3.

    Peel the ginger and roughly chop it.

  4. 4.

    Add the mango cubes and grapefruit juice with the ice cubes to a blender, add honey, press the ginger through a garlic press and blend everything until smooth, taste and adjust seasoning.

    Pour the mango drink into two glasses, top up with cold mineral water as desired, stir and garnish with lime wedges if desired.
