Refreshing Thick Milk Drink

A sparkling thick milk drink with mint that’s perfect for hot days—ideal after sports or sauna.
Ingredients
- 1 stalk mint
- 0.5 small lemon
- coarse Sea salt
- white pepper
- 60 g thick milk (1.5%)
- 150 ml mineral water (ice cold, low carbonated)
- Also: ice cubes
Instructions

Rinse the mint, shake dry and pluck the leaves.

Squeeze the lemon, use its juice to wet the rim of a glass.

Place sea salt on a plate and press the glass rim into it.

Add remaining lemon juice and 1-2 pinches of sea salt to a tall vessel. Season with pepper, add thick milk, mineral water, and mint; blend with an immersion blender. Crush ice cubes finely in an ice crusher and put them in the prepared glass. Pour the drink over the ice and garnish with mint.
