A sharp tomato cocktail: the secret weapon for hot days. This alcohol‑free, savory drink from tomatoes comes with just the right potassium content.

Ingredients

  • 400 g ripe aromatic tomatoes (4 ripe aromatic tomatoes)
  • 50 g onions (1 onion)
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 piece horseradish (about 5 cm)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

    Wash the tomatoes and cut them into pieces.

    Peel the onion and garlic. Slice a few thin rings from the onion, then roughly chop the remaining onion with the garlic.

    Peel the horseradish and roughly chop it as well.

    Juice the tomatoes together with the horseradish, onion, and garlic in a juicer. Pour into a glass over ice cubes and garnish with the leftover onion rings.
