Iced Coffee with Espresso

Iced coffee with espresso tastes strong and sweet at the same time. Try this refreshing beverage from Spoonsparrow.
Ingredients
- 30 g heavy whipping cream (at least 30% fat)
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 50 ml cold espresso
- 100 ml cold coffee
- 10 ml orange liqueur (for flavoring)
- sugar syrup (to sweeten)
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- Chocolate shavings (for garnish)
Instructions

Beat the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form. Pour the cold espresso and coffee into a glass, adding the liqueur. Sweeten with sugar syrup to taste.

Add two scoops of vanilla ice cream on top. Gently spoon the whipped cream over the ice cream. Sprinkle chocolate shavings over the iced coffee and serve immediately.
