Ingredients

  • 500 g red beet
  • 500 g pears
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 1 tbsp grape seed oil
  • 4 tsp sour cream
  • 1 handful radish sprouts

Instructions

    Wash, peel, roughly chop the red beets and juice them in a juicer. Peel the pears, remove the core, and juice them similarly.

    Combine the juices, add the lemon juice and grape seed oil, stir well. Pour into four glasses and top each with 1 tsp sour cream.

    Rinse the sprouts, shake dry, and sprinkle over the drinks. Serve immediately.
