Ingredients
- 2 Lime
- 4 oranges
- 4 Carrots
- 1 tsp Honey
- Chili oil
- a handful coriander leaves
- 8 ice cubes

Squeeze the juice of the limes and oranges. Peel the carrots and cut a few thin strips for garnish. Cut the rest into pieces and put them in a blender. Blend with the honey, chili oil, and lime juice until smooth.

Rinse the coriander leaves and shake dry. Add them along with orange juice and ice cubes to the carrot mixture. Blend again until fine. If needed, add a little cold water. Pour the smoothie into glasses.
