Ingredients

  • 4 kiwis
  • 150 g yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 1 salad cucumber
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 1 baby romaine lettuce
  • mineral water (to top up)

Instructions

    Peel the kiwis and slice them. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Wash and slice the cucumber. Wash, trim, and cut the celery into pieces. Wash the lettuce, separate into leaves, and shake dry. Optionally set aside some lettuce leaves and cucumber slices for garnish.

    Add the kiwis, tomatoes, cucumber, celery, and lettuce to a blender and blend until smooth. Add water as needed to reach desired consistency and blend again.

    Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve.
