The Raspberry Yogurt Shake from Spoonsparrow is ready in a flash and satisfies the craving for sweets in a healthy way.

Ingredients

  • 2 sprigs Mint
  • 250 g frozen raspberries
  • 125 ml milk (3.5% fat)
  • 100 g Yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

    Wash the mint, pat dry and pluck the leaves. Set aside a few for garnish.

    Blend the raspberries with milk, yogurt, mint, lemon juice, and honey until smooth.
