Pear Smoothie

The pear smoothie with cinnamon from Spoonsparrow is truly delicious and wonderfully creamy.

Ingredients

  • 3 medium ripe pears
  • 400 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 300 ml milk (3.5% fat)
  • 15 g acacia honey (1 tbsp)
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg

Instructions

    Wash, dry, peel, quarter, core the pears and cut into pieces.

    Blend pears with yogurt, milk, honey, ½ tsp cinnamon and nutmeg until smooth. Pour the pear smoothie into four glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.
