Ingredients
- 750 g mixed vegetables (e.g., bell pepper, cucumber, celery, chicory)
- 100 g low-fat quark
- 100 g Greek yogurt
- 100 g Sour cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- 10 g chives (0.5 bunch)
- 10 g parsley (0.5 bunch)
Instructions

Wash and trim the vegetables, then cut them into bite‑sized sticks.
