  • 750 g mixed vegetables (e.g., bell pepper, cucumber, celery, chicory)
  • 100 g low-fat quark
  • 100 g Greek yogurt
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 10 g chives (0.5 bunch)
  • 10 g parsley (0.5 bunch)

Instructions
