Ingredients

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 100 g whipping cream
  • Zucker (nach Geschmack)
  • 8 löffelbiskuits
  • 50 ml currant juice
  • 40 ml raspberry liqueur
  • Himbeeren (zum Garnieren)
  • Johannisbeeren (zum Garnieren)

Instructions

    Beat the cream until stiff peaks form. Mix mascarpone with sugar until smooth, taste and adjust. Fold in the whipped cream. Place biscuits in a freezer bag and crush finely with a rolling pin; divide into 4 prepared glasses.

    Mix juice with liqueur and pour over biscuit crumbs. Spoon the cream onto the crumbs in the glasses, chill well. Serve garnished with currants and raspberries.
