Ingredients

  • 150 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 200 g wheat flour
  • 25 g cocoa powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • 8 tbsp milk
  • paper cupcake liners
  • 12 small milk chocolate pralines
  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • 1 small egg white

Instructions

    Line a muffin tin with 12 paper liners. Cream the butter and gradually stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla sugar. Mix flour, baking powder, and cocoa; alternately add to the wet mixture with milk, stirring only until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon into liners and bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then set on a cooling rack.

    Whisk the egg white to half‑firm peaks and fold in powdered sugar to make a smooth thick glaze. Spread over cupcakes and decorate each with a praline.
