Ingredients

  • 250 g raspberries
  • 300 g red currants
  • 250 g pectin sugar (2:1)

Instructions

    Wash the raspberries and red currants thoroughly and drain well. Remove the stems from the red currants. Mix the berries with the sugar and cook for about 4 minutes while stirring.

    While still hot, pour into jars. Seal the jars, place them on their lids for 10 minutes, then flip over and let cool.
