Ingredients

  • 1 kg blackcurrants
  • 500 g gelatin sugar (2:1)
  • 3 tbsp raspberry brandy
  • 2 limes (juice and zest)

Instructions

    Mash half of the selected, washed, and dried fruit with a fork, add the raspberry brandy, gelatin sugar, lime zest, and juice, then mix with the remaining whole fruits. Let it infuse for about 30 minutes.

    Cook according to package instructions while stirring constantly, then remove from heat. Fill almost full hot-washed jars with the jam and seal immediately. Turn them upside down to cool, rotate after 5 minutes, and let rest.
