Ingredients
- 300 g quark (20 % fat)
- 300 ml whipping cream
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 250 g fresh raspberries
- 3 meringues (pre-made from a pastry shop)

Blend the raspberries. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Sift powdered sugar into the quark and stir until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream and chill the mixture for about 1 hour.

Just before serving, crumble the meringues. Stir the crumbs and raspberries into the cream-quark mixture, spoon into glass bowls or glasses, and serve immediately.

Optionally mix raspberries with strawberries if desired.
